One tablespoon of Coconut Oil contains around 117 calories, 0 grams of proteins, 13.6 grams of Fat and 0 grams of Carbohydrate content. Coconut Oil contains little or no known vitamins or minerals.

Coconut Oil is made up of 100% fat. The presence of the fat structure however, does not differ from the traditional forms of saturated fats which are found in different animal products. Coconut Oil is also known to be packed with an unusual amount of Medium chain fatty acids or Triglycerides, which are harder for the body to convert into a stored form of fat.

Coconut oil has so many benefits. however the sad thing is that so many people are not aware of it. This article has been able to put into words and consolidate the major uses of coconut oil across different areas. Nice work. People should use it more often.

Yes, Anand. I agree with you. I have switched to Coconut Oil and it has been two years now. Although in the beginning my family members were a bit reluctant, they got used ti it after that and now I have been able to see a great change in their healths altogether.

Am amazingly pure product, I use this for my hair and for giving massages, I also used it for stretch makes during pregnancy, smells gorgeous and very moisturising. Very pure and natural, Good for the whole family to use. Excellent product - lasts a long time and my hair is in much better condition due to this product. Would recommend product.

I use Coconut Oil for hot oil treatments before washing my hair - mixing it with Jojoba oil and Sweet Almond oil. This is fantastic for that and is really moisturizing. My hot oil treatments NEVER have the same effect without coconut oil. I've only used this specific product once but it works just fine, smells nice and is easy to use.
I can't speak for anyone who uses it for food or skin problems. But for my natural curls, it definitely quenches their thirst!
