It has been proved that having a three 8 ounce cups of coffee every day is one of the best things that you can treat yourself to! Skip over the facts that coffee increases the blood pressure, leads to an over activity of the thyroid as well as allows you to suffer from anxiety, and allow yourself to enjoy your cup of coffee!

  • Coffee Helps you to Fight Disease: Caffeine is the best thing that can help protect your brain from diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, dementia as well as Alzheimers. The antioxidants which are present in the coffee are the ones which can also help the person to fight against liver diseases.
  • Boosting your Brainpower:  When you are sleep deprived, but still need to meet those targets, then coffee is therefore you! It keeps your memory sharp as well as keeps you alert. However, it is recommended that you should avoid coffee at least four hours before you go to sleep.
  • Keeps you in shape: Caffeine is known to help speed up the metabolism and helps the person burn the fat. This also leads to decrease the chances of you contracting type 2 diabetes as well as obesity. Black coffee is one of the best ways to keep your calories at bay.
