Losing Weight Post Pregnancy

I delievered my son last year and had gained around 20 kg during the course of my pregnancy.. however, after his delivery also, I have not lost most of the weight.. I have lost only 5 kg weight.. I am breastfeeding my baby but still I have not been able to lose my body weight.. can anyone recommend something?

Hello, I would recommend you to drink one cup of warm water once you have taken your meals.. It had helped me after the birth of my first baby to lose the weight.. it will help you as well.

Hi, Let me tell you the best way to lose the weight.. in the morning make sure that you drink some warm water, honey and lemon before eating anything.. this is surely going to help you to lose the body weight

Start doing yoga. In yoga there are some exercises specially to lose weight after pregnancy. It helped me a lot.
