Motivation to continue my diet plan

Hello all,

This New Year i had taken a resolution to improve my diet plan and now I feel like I am getting distracted. Can anyone motivate me in any possible way to stick to my plan and not waver away from it?

Hey, Just remember the number of benefits which you will get if you are going to stick to your plan.. imagine yourself in clothes of your size and how you will be having more energy to do all the things with your kids (if you have any) or all the things that you have always wanted to do.. good luck

Hey, This is one thing that I did with my mother.. I made sure that I would give her a non food award if she starts sticking to her plan religiously every week.. you can also gift yourself something which is not very expensive and something which you have always wanted.. get creative and get going!

You have to continue to focus on your health and wellness. that is one of the most important things that you have to do.. no matter what. Try reading books or magazines which have articles related to this in order to keep yourself more motivated and fixed.. try rising above the temptations which you have had and try meeting your friends in order to get all the support and help that you want..

Hey, Let me suggest something to you. Make sure that you have a good record of every achievement which you gain.. try making a graph in order to note down how much you have been changing and how much weight you have lost.. the graph going down is going to be a great motivational factor for you.. I am so sure!
