Thanks for sharing this fantastic article! I have been trying to lose weight for six months now and during the course of my diet plan, I have been using Papaya as one of the major foods! And it has helped me immenesely. Only eating a small portion makes me feel full very soon and it also helps to clear off the bowel movement as well. Great!

Papaya is also a good food for people who are suffering from Diabetes. My mother in law is suffering from Diabetes for 8 years now and Papaya is one food option which has never bothered her. She has been consuming it and it has so much less sugar content that it does not bother her body and also lets her savor the flavor. Great for people suffering from Diabetes.
