According to research, food that contains monuunsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) helps to cut fat from the body, especially from the middle. Food that contains MUFA are almonds, hazelnuts, canola oil, sesame oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, olives and dark chocolate. Make sure that you include at least one MUFA rich food for each meal, to lose belly fat in 10 days.

Talk to your fitness instructor and take up circuit training, which is a more challenging workout. Circuit training aids in working out every muscle of your body, which results in a toned body.

Take up Pilates

Cut Back on Alcohol

If you like your glass or two of wine every evening, then it is time to cut back on your alcohol intake. Wine and hard liquors such as vodka and gin pack in a lot of calories which manifests itself as belly fat. Limit your alcohol intake to just half a glass of wine and you will immediately lose weight from your belly.

Drink Lots of Water

Many a times we forget to have adequate amounts of water, leaving our body dehydrated. The body then holds on to excess water, making us look bloated. So, it is very important to keep the body hydrated at all times and drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day.

Cut Back on Sugar

We have a tendency to have excess sugar, especially in the numerous cups of tea and coffee that we consume each day. Excess sugar is processed as fat by the body and it tends to store it in the stomach and hip region. So, it is vital that you cut back on your sugar intake, to lose belly fat fast.
