In all my years, I have never found any other drink which has appealed to me as much as wine has. The drink can be called an elixir of life and youth and promotes so many great things and mechanisms in your body. The drink is just amazing. Plus I am more of a red wine lover than the white ones!

Did you also know that Wine is great if you are going to prevent tooth decay? Presumably, when we drink wine, the enamel of our teeth tends to become hardened, which curbs down the rate of the decay by the bacteria on the strong outer covering. Wine is also great for inflammation of the gums as well and keeps the gums strong as well.
Beautiful skin wine goes hand in hand according to me. Red wine especially is great for the skin. It also helps to slow down the signs of aging and helps to reduce the amounts of wrinkles on the skin as well. If you are in your mid 40's then a glass of wine everyday should be a part of your regimen.
