With so many food choices available between raw food, sea food, vegan, dairy products, anti inflammatory, foods with the required minerals and ones for your glands! This regimen which originated in India around 5000 years back has now emerged to be very popular in the west. It has been adopted extensively for the last 15 years. A well balanced diet should contain of a combination of vegetables, fruits as well as food materials which have a high quantity of protein content. This includes the intake of beans, quinoa as well as chicken, fish and meats. When these all are incorporated into our diets, then we can attain a healthier life style as before.

- Blue – Blueberries
- Purple – Eggplant, Grapes, Wine, Potatoes
- White – Beans, Quinoa, Wheat, Nuts, Chicken
