- Exercise: Sure, you may be thinking that exercise has emerged out to be the answer for every ailment, yet studies have proven that when couch potatoes start exercising on a regular basis, it is not that only their arm or leg muscles start bulking up, but it has been shown that the brain density increases as well. It is not necessary for you to become an athlete, but it is recommended to indulge in slow exercises, such as climbing a flight of stairs or walking to a nearby destination.
- Stretch Your Mind: Mental challenges are both intriguing as well as great for your mind. Research has shown that mental challenges can decrease the chances of Alzheimer’s disease.
