Drinking Decaf during pregnancy

If you are going in for a Decaf during the course of your pregnancy, it is recommended to choose the coffee which has the beans processed organically by using spring water in order to remove the caffeine. If you check out the online stores, you will be able to find the measures by which the coffee beans have been processed.

Decaf coffee contains only 3-4 milligrams of caffeine per serving which is totally okay for  pregnant women. It is however, recommended to you should keep your intake to a moderate amount and lower than 150 mg per day. Coffee is a kind of diuretic which can make you dehydrated and pass out more urine. So, if you are going to drink Decaf coffee, make sure that you keep yourself well hydrated at all times.
