Calories burnt and running

Hi Friends,

If I am walking about a mile in around 12 minutes approx, can you let me know how many calories I would be burning approximately?

Hey bro, See, it is all dependent on your body weight and the speed at which you are walking normally.. I think that you would be burning anything between 150-200 calories if you are running or walking at that pace..it is quite good if you are a beginner!

Hey, I also agree with Nauman.. I think that at that speed you would be burning around 200 calories and that is a pretty good thing! Good luck!
