Diet plan for working women

I am a working woman and I do not get much time to think about my food choices.. There are many times when I end up having fast food or junk food.. I feel that my health is decreasing day by day and I want to stop consuming fast food.. can someone provide me with inputs for a healthy diet plan which I can follow..

It is very important for a working woman to take care of her health as apart from her work in office she has to take care of her family as well. So it is very important for her to be healthy. Working women should consume lot of fresh fruits, vegetables etc. Add lot of protein, carbohydrates and vitamin in your diet. Instead of eating at a time I would rather suggest eat small bits in regular intervals may be 7 to 8 times in a day. Drink plenty of water in order to keep yourself active. Follow a balance diet plan and do not skip your food.

I would like to suggest some amazing ideas: Am suggesting few healthy tips like:- > The amount of calories you consume should be Balanced according to work you do > Proteins, Vitamins, calcium are must and they are needed in high number. > Mono saturated, poly saturated are very necessary. > You have to completely stop eating outside foods it has large number of bacteria contents which will spoil your health and helps in reducing weight. > Drink plenty of water.

Hey.. Take care of your health.. it is very important.. dont skip your food and dont skip your breakfast.. always have it.. and in lunch try avoiding rice.. and after 5 pm avoid eating heavy or oily food.. also if you can spend half an hour in the gym daily.. try packing good and healthy things.. fresh fruits and all in the lunch box for yourself

Dont neglect your health. Working hard is of no use if ur health is deteriorating. Dont skip breakfast. If you eat non-veg then have egg everyday. Have milk atleast once in a day. For breakfast you can have cereal or oats with milk. Have a habit of having One fruit everyday, may be in the evening snacks. Have proper lunch with vegetables, salads, sprouts etc. If you start a routine of breakfast of milk, cereals, then healthy lunch, then fruit a day, etc. then within few days u'll get used to this. Initially it may be difficult but stick to it. Instead of white bread, start having brown bread. Keep some dryfruits handy, in office you can have them at regular intervals. Hope this helps.

Forgot to mention about dinner. Dont have very heavy dinner and try to have dinner by max 8:30 - 9:00 pm. If you feel hungry after that, you can have a glass of milk before sleeping. Avoid rice and deep fried food specially at dinner.
