Drinking Limca During Pregnancy

Hello,

I have heard that it is not recommended for pregnant women to drink aerreated drinks.. I was thinking about drinking Limca, but I am not sure right now.. can anyone tell me if that is safe or not..

I would say that you should avoid drinking sodas or aerated drinks of all types such as Coke, Limca etc.. they contain soda and many chemicals which can be harmful for you.. Instead, you can try nimbupani or fresh lemon juice instead.. that will be much better for you.

I think that Limca contains Aspartame.. if that is so, they try not drinking Limca at this stage of your pregnancy... if you chose to drink it, then you might suffer from heartburns etc.. the acid is just going to make things worse for you

I used to have limca, just 2-3 sips to ease the nausea in the first 3 months. Any lemon containing drink helps to ease nausea. So just 2-3 sips is fine if you have the urge or you want to ease the nausea, otherwise its best to avoid aerated drinks in pregnancy.
