Drinking lot of water.. why?

Hello all..

Everyone around me advises me to drink loads of water everyday..however, I am able to drink about only one litre of water everday and i am quite healthy.. then why would someone advise me? and what are the benefits of drinking too much water otherwise..thanks!

Hey.. when your body lacks the needed amount of water, then it may cause dehydration.. that can often make you sick.. so, it is recommended to drink loads of water.. drinking loads of water not only helps you to refresh your body but also helps you to fight against calories..fat as well as sugar.. drinking loads of water also helps you to reduce your body weight and decreases the risk of heart attack.
