Eating Mangoes during pregnancy

Is it okay to eat Mangoes while you are pregnant?

Hi, I am six months pregnant and am craving for mangoes. Is it okay for me to consume mangoes at this phase? Some people have advised me against it. Please tell.

Hey, I don’t think that it will do you any harm. I am 29 weeks pregnant myself and just had a mango in the morning as a part of my breakfast. I think that you are good to go.

Hello. It is perfectly fine to eat mangoes while you are pregnant. You should only be avoiding them if you suffer from a chance of developing gestational diabetes. If you are clear from that angel, it is okay to have mangoes. Just make sure that they are hygienically packed J
