I am in my 36th week. Ive been having maggie throughout the pregnancy. Too much if anything is bad. So have it in moderation. If you are having constipation, its better to avoid.

Hi! Pregnancy is a beautiful experience and the would be moms always have the desire to eat something different. Maggi is one of them. It is generally advised by the docs to avoid instant foods, but the urge at this time becomes irresistible. So as we know excess of anything is bad so once or twice maggi can be eaten but should try to eat the vegetable

If you have strong urge to have maggi, try to go for the atta one instead of maida. As far as ajinomoto or msg is considered, it should be avoided. On maggi its written no added msg, i dont know what it means as in there is no msg at all or there is little. I know friends who had maggi throughout their pregnancy but i guess its best to have anything in moderation. so if u have very strong urge then u can go for it otherwise try to avoid it.
