Pudin Hara safe in pregnancy? Any known side effects?

Is it safe to consume Pudin Hara while you are pregnant? If not, what could be the side effects of taking it?

Hi, according to me it is quite safe to consume Pudin Hara while you are pregnant. My wife was suffering from a gastric ailment during her pregnancy and she took Pudin Hara after her lunch and dinner and accompanied it by walking for around 10 minutes after her meals. At that time, she was 10 weeks pregnant and the doctor gave her a yes sign to take Pudin Hara. One more thing, you can also apply Hing along with water around the naval area during your pregnancy. Gently massaging it will be able to help relieve the gas related problems.

Hello. Yes, using Pudin Hara is totally safe during the course of your pregnancy. Overall, it is recommended to avoid getting constipation. Do not try drinking water along with your food. Also, if you are suffering from constipation, you can also take a glass of plain milk without any sugar added it. Drink a lot of water; it will help you with your constipation problem.

Yes, Pudin Hara is totally safe to take when you are pregnant. However, you can try having cold milk or even vanilla ice cream if you are suffering from a severe gas like problem. During my 5th month of pregnancy, I checked with my doctor and she recommended this to me. I have been able to cope up with my gas problems very easily after this remedy.
