Hey Suraj, Cucumbers are very low in Saturated fats and cholesterol as well as sodium. They are also an excellent source of Vitamin A, Panthothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus as well as manganese. They are also rich in vitamin C, K and potassium!

Hello Suraj, Cucumber is an excellent source of Vitamin C. It is known to be very good for your eyes and your skin, I think it helps to relax your eyes as well and makes it refreshed!
