Helping my husband lose weight

Hi,

I want my husband to lose weight. It seems like he has gained a lot of weight recently and I need him to lose it. Can anyone suggest some ways to lose weight and look fit again?

If you are looking for natural ways to lose weight, then you can try the following: Give him a juice of half lemon with warm water and teaspoon of honey every morning Also, try getting him to eat sprouts and skimmed milk during breakfast. Choose from salads, breads and chapatis. Steamed vegetables are the best options to go for weight loss if you want.

Hi, You can ask your husband to follow the below diet chart in order to reduce his weight. Get him to drink lots of water. Breakfast - Toasted and roasted foods with side dish as. • Brunch - Butter milk, Smoothies or Fresh juices. • Lunch – ½ cup rice with dal curry. • Snacks - Sprout salads or oatmeal. • Dinner - Rotis or Phulkas with greens and cooked chicken. • Exercises – Regular jogging, walking, cycling, swimming or yoga.

Try to get him to drink green tea instead of the normal tea that we drink. Also, make sure that he does not consume any oily or fast food. Apart from this, exercises and walking are going to help him to lose the weight directly.
