The best way is to take care of your diet. if your diet is not rich in Iron, your HB level can drop. go for foods which are rich in folate, Vitamin B12 and iron. Leafy veggies should be a part of your everyday food.

Should consume foods which are rich in vitamin C, as it helps in absorbing the iron from the foods. Iron deficiency can lead to the low count of haemoglobin in the blood. So fruits like oranges, grapes, kiwi and vegetables like capsicum, cauliflower and tomatoes can help in increasing the haemoglobin level in blood.
