Hi, for Haemorrhoids, I would recommend you the following home made treatments: adish juice once or twice in a day. • Buttermilk with rock salt and ginger. • Eating fibrous food stuffs. • Boil ripe Banana in milk, smash the banana and drink the milk. Drink this 2-4 times a day. This will help to reduce the pain. • Eat Jambul Fruit (Black Jamun) with salt in empty stomach early I the morning. • Turmeric has antiseptic and healing properties. Therefore, eat a teaspoon of ground, fresh turmeric root. • Wash 3-4 figs. Soak in a glass of water over night. Eat them first thing in the morning. Again repeat in the night.

As a home remedy for piles onion juice when added to water along with a sprinkle of sugar provides lot of relief from this problem. Spices and chilies should definitely be avoided in the food. This method too provides relief from this painful problem.

Vegetables like papaya and cabbage is also very helpful. Application of baking soda also helps in the reduction of the inflammation. Another application of warm olive oil also helps for the same problem.
