Running Tips In Winters

Hi,

It's winter season and I do not want to stop running in the morning. Can you provide any tips regarding the same to me?

Thank you. 

I do not prefer treadmill. Outdoor running does the trick for me.

Hey, Technique matters a lot during running. In order to boost your endurance, you should be following the below mentioned rules: Try running when it more warmer and make sure that you wear a mask along Try breathing through your nose. Do not use your mouth for breathing while you are at it.

Hi, If you are going to be running outside during the winters, make sure that you follow the below mentioned precautions: Cover all the parts of your body. especially the head, hands and the feet Wear comfortable clothes Make sure that you are well hydrated. Before running make sure that you do some stretching exercises. For about 15-20 minutes this should be enough

Running is very good for you. do it regularly, no matter if it is winters or summers. Here are some tips which I would recommend you for winters: Wear warm clothes while you go running. Start with every 2-3 kms everyday Run in the morning, it will give you clean air and more sunshine Try going out with some friends or in a group.

Winters are lazy and especially the morning walks or running is even more troublesome. But an habitual runner does not find it difficult. It is just important to take certain precautions. It is important to layer yourself with warm clothes and specially the head. It is must to wear a cap or hat which should cover the ears as well as heat easily escapes from the head and also make sure you are wearing the right pair of gloves as well.

A good warm up is necessary though it might take a few extra minutes, but its a must. It is recommended that the running route should get shortened as it will help in less exposure towards the windy air.
