Swimming and weight loss

Hi,

I am 32 years of age and have started gaining belly weight. I need to get rid of it. someone has suggested going in for swimming classes. Is it going to help me to become thin once again? Thanks

Yes, Swimming is going to help you to a great extent. Not only is it going to be enjoyable, but is it going to be very effective as well. It is also going to help you to strengthen your heart muscles and reduces the risk of any heart related diseases. You will be able to lose your belly weight to a great extent. Best wishes.

Hello! Swimming is fun and a good form of exercise. Lots of calories gets burnt in this exercise and automatically results in weight loss. If swimming is done on a regular basis then body remains in a perfect shape and the fitness is maintained.

Hi, yes, swimming is the best exercise. Its said that whichever exercise you do in water has 4 times the effect done on land. eg. 1/2 hr running in water is equal to 2 hrs running on land. Many hollywood celebrities choose to do exercises in water which is very effective. So go for it. its refreshing too!
